My wife is not ready to see me wearing makeup, so I don't have any. But I do use a really great moisturizer.

I use Neutrogena Hydro Boost with Hyaluronic acid. Linde told me about Hyaluronic acid, and wow, does it make a huge difference! I also use the Hydro Boost eye cream (the regular facial stuff will irritate my eyes).

I also just discovered a great exfoliator a couple of weeks ago that has been helping me get a super close shave. I use Johnson and Johnson Clean and Clear Deep Action exfoliation gel.

I like
liquid eyeliner (however, I am heavily contemplating to give myself the Christmas gift of a tattooed eyeliner)
mascara

liquid lipstick, or just lip gloss some days
(my lipstick color is color coordinated with my nail polish)
vitamin C cream
moisturizer, slightly colored sunscreen
blush

I get a facial about every 6 weeks

And the best thing I've done for my looks, was getting my eyebrows microbladed!
And the tattoo on my upper right boob to cover an ugly scar!

ditto she told me as well I see Neutrogena has a whole line of hydrating cosmetics (and sunscreen) will have to look for them next time in Target (is cheaper than "Wally World")

Hyaluronic Acid said:
(also known as a glycosaminoglycan) is often touted for its ability to "reverse" or stop aging. You may have heard of hyaluronic acid as the "key to the fountain of youth." This is because the substance occurs naturally in humans and animals, and is found in young skin, other tissues, and joint fluid. As you age, the daily bombardments of sun, smoke, UV rays... destroy the ample hyaluronic acid. Our formula will help to replenish what is broken down and lost. It will also help to boost your skin's moisture content - in any climate - since it works by "pulling" the water from your body, and not the surrounding air.

platinumskincare.com has a concoction called "ReLixSyn Elixir Serum" but tres' cher (and not very good reviews) will definitely shop-around try your suggestion first!

[member=7]Kiera[/member], I also get mine at Target. Target has a better variety of skin care products than Walmart.

Lately, I've been using a lip plumping gloss from Buxom called "Zoe". Unfortunately, I went to replace it at Ulta this past weekend and found that they apparently don't carry that product anymore.

Another lip product I've been really happy with are the NYX matte liquid lip colors.

As for moisturizer, I'm running through the last bit of the CeraVe that I have and will probably look for something a bit different.

The sunscreen I use is a Dermalogica matte SPF30. It's a bit spendy but I like it because it doesn't have that "sunscreen smell" to it. I'm okay with that smell if I'm doing outdoors-stuff but for everyday, not so much. (Florida Girl here!)

Something that may help some of the early-in-transition folks is what I used to use under my foundation back in the early days. It's a NYX color-correcting primer in pink. It helps neutralize the blue-hue from dark facial hair roots. Many treatments with the laser made it no longer necessary but back then, it was my go-to for making things nice and even.

I love BB cream, it is so easy to use, evens out my complexion, is SPF rated and a moisturiser! So easy for every day wear!

I haven't worn makeup in years with the rare exception of mascara and lipstick.

I got a 15-pack of lip gloss for Christmas. LOL!

The only stuff I use is moisturizer, slightly colored sunscreen (need that here in southern Florida), eyeliner (might be tattooed in the near future), mascara and liquid lipstick/ gloss.  I am lucky that I don't need any of that foundation stuff or other laminated on stuff for my face.

My everyday makeup is black crayon style eyeliner in the little mechanical tube (no sharpening required) and NYX BB cream.

somehow I am not into eye-shadows.  I have a variety, but never use them.

Why?
Does it has to do with the colors or is it not your thing to apply it?

It is just not my ting, might be that I am to lazy to do it.  I never feel like it.  And if I get the idea, I don't know what color to use.  Maybe, because I am lucky that my face is absolutely easy maintenance, and I don't want to work with it any more than necessary.
My problem is my hair, I seem to have a bad hair-day every day.  I have all these great ideas of making my hair look stunning, and the final outcome is always the same boring looking hairdo!

I can understand your point of view but I love Eyeshadow.
Well the thing with the Hair is a other big deal. I love updoes, so that is way I wear my hair long. Very long.

My recent hair loss was a big blow to the length of lots of my hair!  It is growing back now, but as slowly as hair grows!
