Sam, HRT can have some strange things happen from time to time. It could be something which has changed in your body, like more receptors becoming active, or it could be just a variation in the blood test procedure. I get my blood drawn at the same time in relation to my medication, and once, my levels tripled for one reading only. I can feel if something is not right, so I don’t worry if one reading is inconsistent, see what the next reading is and monitor how you feel.

Measuring of hormone levels in blood is not a very accurate science. A single, or even two deviations do not mean much.

You have to look for a trending to make any decission.
