I see we have a few new members, @Haeckl @Alex13 @David Corbett @OmniscientCrow @Salimali22 @Viola @Patti Lynn and I warmly welcome you to our Refuge! We know it's the people here who make this forum interesting, and each of you has a story or perspective which will enrich this forum. If you don't want to start your own thread to introduce yourselves, maybe a short post here so we can get to know you. Viola is from Italy, and does not speak English, but we will communicate with her! I am from Australia, and we have a growing membership from the UK and other places around the world, where are you from?

Hugs,

Allie

That was a very kind welcome Allie! I too hope all our new members feel comfortable enough to begin posting.

If there's a language barrier with any of you, you can use Google Translate. We have one member who uses it all the time. I myself had to learn the Australian language because one of my dearest friends speaks it and I wanted to be able to understand what she was saying. It's going well so far. 😂

That's a good tip, Lexxi. I don't speak Australian, or Canadian, but I am getting better with British.

I'm pretty fluent with British, but haven't really jumped on Canadian yet. It really just requires a lot of hard work and some motivation. Congrats on your British!! 😂😂😂

Let's just hope if any Scots show up they can speak British too. Not sure that Scots even understand themselves.
