I wonder if Tonya is already the lady over there, the one with the big boobs?
I hope everything is going fine, and the pain and discomfort is minimal.

Congratulations, you are now in the Dolly Parton club, and someone can track your breasts! Rest up!

Congratulations Tonya. I can't keep back from telling you, I know exactly how much volume 400 cc is, I use 400 CC saline solution each time when I douche my new kitty!

However, my saline solution is not trackable!

The tracking is there in case of recalls, they know who got potentially affected product. It's unfortunately also been used to identify murder victims. I'm hoping it means I can get wifi wherever I go.

Boob report, day 2. No issues, minor pain, only had tylenol and naproxen since leaving hospital. Ice packs for 20 minutes every 2 hours or so. A little bleeding from one incision that stopped before I left the hospital but not before it put a blood stain on my new industrial strength lingerie. Have not had a good look at them yet. I can shower tomorrow but might wait until Monday at home. One thing I have seen is the bonus of larger looking areolas due to skin stretching.

That sounds pretty positive. I hope the pain will not get heavier. Where did she placd the incission, under the fold of the breasts?
If this is the case scare care is very important, but rather easy in this location.
You can make the scar almost invisible with proper scar care.

And remember, all female areolas can be different. I have seen natal women with rather petite areolas, while some woman have the entire frontal part of the breast covered by the areola. I am just a touch larger than the average, but when .anipulated, my entire areola gets puffy and raises up, to give the impression of very puffy nipples. I really don't like this, but that is what I have.

Just be happy with yours, after all, you've got boobs, what else can feel better?

Congrats Tonya! The hardest thing to me was waiting and wondering about them dropping. No instant gratification unfortunately. Happy for you!

Weren't you afraid they might drop to much, and you might step on them? Amber tells me all the time that she has to wear a bra, to make sure she is not tripping over hers!

Incision under the breast. I will talk with them about proper care of them at my follow up on Wednesday.

A little instant gratification in I have visible boobage now, but really have to wait for them to settle before I can say happy happy. Pretty sure I'll be wearing sports bras only until that happens.

You can be happy already! It takes only a couple of weeks for them to sink into place. I had to wait way over 8 years to get to the point I am at now!

Congratulations again Tonya!
Your photo and a couple of posts have answered most of the details I was going to ask about. It's pleasing that it doesn't sound too painful.

I saw 2 surgeons last week for initial consults on my BA and will be seeing another on Tuesday week. The first is recommending implants like yours but at 600cc while the second is getting me back in the same day as I'm seeing the 3rd surgeon, once he has completed the calculations based on my measurements. He seems to prefer shaped textured implants but is insistent that I choose. They're both recommending under the muscle and acknowledging that it is more painful than over, but this makes sense to me as I have so little natural breast tissue. The big difference so far is in price. While the second one operates exclusively on trans women (top & bottom surgeries) and has an excellent reputation, his quoted price is around twice that of the first, who is a general plastic surgeon but says that he sees "3 or 4 trans women a month". Their price difference is complicated by private insurance but the second is still much more expensive. I expect to be able to lock in a date in June or July within 10 days.

In May I'm also seeing the two surgeons who do GRS but don't expect to be able to get a date for that surgery until next year.

Tonya...Congratulations.......I’m so happy for you..wait I’ll stop shouting now. Lol.
I’d like to say this is probably taking a lot of weight off your shoulders but your case it probably added some. Everything you’re saying so far is extremely positive and I’m sure you’ll be quite happy with the results. Even if they can track you. Of course they don’t need to track you, I mean it’s pretty obvious you’re the one with the big boobs...

Kenna, 600 cc's sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. Mine are not huge, proportioned to my body and they are 640 cc. Research the textured aspect and the tear drop thing. I've heard there is more risk with some types of textured implants. The tear drops have been known to rotate and shift. I do wonder if I should have gone with over the muscle sometimes. It's nice that I don't have to worry about sagging, but I don't get cleavage like I'd like to have. Over the muscle might allow for more movement in the right bra to get the right look. Right now I'd need block and tackle to get cleavage.

I have no idea what cc's mean for breast size. I use 400 cc for my douching after dilation, but I cannot visualize my douche bag being implanted into a boob!
So, which bra size would a 640 c silicone bag result in?

My homegrown boobs are a 40 D/38 DD size, and they are on top of the muscles, and I can push them a bit to the side. But even with this size, it is very hard to achieve much of a cleavage, as you can see in the picture below. Most natal women, who have not breastfed, do not have much of a cleavage either>
Don't focus on a cleavage that much, most of us have a wider chest, and to get real heavy duty cleavage, one would need pretty big boobs, and those things are heavy. Amber, who has real big boobs (and the cleavage to go along with those), always wishes she had mine, because hers cause almost constant back pain for her, and they make it way harder to find nice clothing items.
