It is close to impossible to have a birth certificate changed in Germany. It can only be done, if a mistake was made concerning the gender assignment at birth.
Yesterday I received a letter from the German authorities that my birth certificate will be changed to female, and my name will also be changed.
The reason for this was that a failure was made after my birth, and my medical records clearly indicate that I was a female and not a male!
Thanks to the help of the good docs of the Mayo Clinic who were willing to certify that I was born intersex and was mostly female all my life.
This proofs what Kenna's opinion is true, that I never transitioned into a female, but de-transitioned from being a male. I was such a good cross dresser that I believed myself that I was a guy.
