Who else here has seen this program?

It has and celebrates a trans woman, it also has a lesbian couple, a gay couple and even a hetero or two.  The basic plot surrounds clusters of 8 people who share a deep telepathic sensory connection.  They are being hunted by an NGO that wants to eradicate them.  There are some very touching emotional scenes in the midst of an action flick mixed with a suspenseful psychological drama.

I absolutely love the character of Nomi played by Jamie Clayton.  All around, one of my favorite shows ever!!

I have seen it and I loved it too.
All characters are great but still my favorites are Wolfgang and Sun.

Unfortunately the cancelled the show so early.

Yes it was horrible that they cancelled it.  I definitely could do with more evolution of the story lines and how they interconnect.

I like the Riley and Nomi characters the most myself.

I just finished it last night. Yes, an excellent series.
While the plot is of a known genre, which is well implemented, I regard it more as a study of relationships. While it has regular action scenes, one of it's distinguishing features is time taken to celebrate and indulge in sensuality and emotion. I don't think I've ever seen this done quite so explicitly on screen before. I recall this more in the second season than the first and I struggled a bit with the first few episodes, until the connections between key characters and their relationships begin to emerge. If I were to pick a criticism, it would relate to a personal bias of mine, that there is far too much use of cigarettes by main characters; I found that unnecessary and distracting.

As well as one of the main characters (Nomi), and her actor (Jamie Clayton) being transgender, Lana and Lilly Wachowski, who are both transgender, directed in many of the locations around the world as well as being heavily involved in the series creation.

I also enjoyed Nomi and Riley as my favorite characters.

That show was great. Jamie Clayton is gorgeous. @Kenna Nomi and Riley were my favorite characters as well.

That traipsing all over the globe was what killed the series. Production costs were exceeding $6M per episode and they didn't have the audience numbers to justify a third season, so Netflix cancelled it. Shame.
