i have extreme chest dysphoria and cant bind which makes it worse. i know that i cant have surgery due to my condition as it would make me so much worse, if that is even possible, if surgery is unavoidable you can take ketamine but that only reduces the risk it a little. i dont want to be put in a coma to try to reset my brain (a real treatment). i also cant even go anywhere near a hospital due to ptsd from being mistreated from birth. i also recently found out that even if i wasnt a wreck since in in a wheelchair and rely on my arms to transfer i couldnt get top surgery anyway.

i cant cope with my dysphoria and i know it will be worse when my other dysphoria gets better with being on t. in the past i have got to the point where i have been holding a scalpel to my chest and been trying myself to do it myself.its absolutly crippeling. how could i possibly pass with this chest (i have seen heaps of guys say you can never pass if you dont bind). im not overweight enough for it to look like fat. i also cant wear a minimiser bra as i physically couldnt put it on. i do wear shirts but i can still feel my chest. i see my chest as tumors but that doesnt help.

Hi Sam,
I don't have any advice for you but I just wanted you to know that I'm pulling for you and hope you can figure out some way to find some semblance of happiness. Dysphoria is a horrible thing and almost all trans people have it, so we can all understand how you're feeling.
Try to hang in there. Maybe some day medicine will advance enough that you can get something done to help you.

First of all hugs.
I don't feel a chest on you.
There is no chest on you Sam.
Please don't think for a moment that I'm light about what you're going through. I'm only writing the only thing I can imagine you'd wanted to hear someone say.
If we all say it over and over, and mean it, can it not be true????

No breasts on Sam No breasts on Sam No breasts on Sam No

Please help:
A coma to reset your brain?

Sam, what is this?
It's just like what I've been thinking about the past two days. I'm trying to reset my mind and soul. It seems I cannot live as I was programmed and trapped into. Reset. Remap. I'm not counting on reincarnation. Not giving up on this life, and certainly don't feel entitled to another one.

Thanks man

i have a condition called crps which is my brain malfunctioning. there is a treatment where you get put into a coma so your brain stops working and hopefully fixes the malfunctioning when you get woken up

Sam, sorry to hear about your dysphoria and lack of available remediation. Have you heard of or investigated the use of KT tape or Trans Tape to minimize your chest?
