how did your body react to getting hormones at first?

my body reacts to everything including its self, this causes random ulcers, my nails to fall out (my toe nails have fallen out to much they have not grown back) and rashes, stress really agrevates it and i go really red when upset. will my body think im just in puberty again or am i likely to have a flare up when i go on t?

Sam, we are all different, and will have different reactions to HRT. This is why there are no standard doses, and we all have to go through trial and error. The medical aspects of HRT vary greatly, but psychologically, you will feel much better about yourself and your stress levels should fall. This may improve other parts of your life.

My endocrine system was slightly estrogen dominant for most of my life. When I started to take extra estrogen (I never needed any blockers), I got a reaction similar to the early stages of pregnancy.
But you are taking testosterone, I have no idea how your body will react?
