Hello my name is Ellie and i am writing stories in a world called Sunlight Walking

It is a very high fantasy setting that takes place in different ages from stone age to middle ages to space age with technology and society getting more advanced as well as the magic system becoming deeper as the in world time moves fowards and humans learn more about the magical world that exists abouve them in the Ethereal and Astral Planes

Ellie, I have mad respect for the timeline! Like holee sh1t, that's amazing. Personally I don't have the brain power to write high fantasy, so props to you for that ^_^.

I have a worldbuilding universe as well, but it's soft fantasy/paranormal. I built a lot on the mechanics of angels and demons, presenting it as a spectrum and the inherent damages of biases and stereotypes-- somewhat. It is a story not a social commentary lol. But I prolly have like 15 or so pages of just notes, so when I saw your timeline was 11 pages, I could relate lol.

Your magic system is so well thought out and scientifically ordered, I love it! I need to read it in small bites cuz I can't read for a long time (ironic cuz writer haha), but so I am fascinated by it.

I love the tentative name for your universe: Sunlight Walking. My story's working title is Drama Club - and has absolutely nothing to do with theater lol.

and i am still in process of doing rewrite of the magic system doc to make quantative and qualatative concepts work together better to explain things like psychic energy and the astral plane as well as types of magical energy and how they effect things but recently i have been going through stuff making it hard to focus on writing so i have not added much in a while (transistion)

Yeah I get that. My writing has fallen to wayside since I started my new job and got dysphoria got serious. Now i'm starting to pick it up again. Best of luck with reworking the concept!

Your story sounds really cool. I’m writing a novel atm about a dystopian world in chaos after an explosion wiped out half the population so people have to fight for survival featuring an intersex/enby main character and several other gays haha and also a robot. Ig my novel is as chaotic as the world it’s set in. Good luck with yours
