Thanks, Terri. Yes, my upper lip is an area of insecurity for me. Has been since 2006 when I acquired that scar in a motorcycle crash (I also got a lovely plate in my left wrist). Even before I made any attempts to pass as female in public, my upper lip was a part of me that I hated.
Yeah, I have Andy Rooney eyebrows. I hate them. I couldn't do much with them the day that picture was taken. I had to officiate my grandfather's funeral the next day and I didn't want to show up with super feminine eyebrows when I was only out to one person in my family (my sister). My oldest and youngest sons have even bushier eyebrows than I do, and I feel sorry for them. Sure, they are very likely cisgender and will live as men when they grow up, but even as men they are going to have really bushy eyebrows. Fortunately, neither of my daughters got the crazy eyebrow genes.
