Something unexpected happened yesterday. I use the inguinal tucking method, pushing the testicles up into the inguinal cavities and then tucking the penis back between the legs. I had been tucked all day wearing the gaff. When I removed it, my testicles stayed in the inguinal cavities. I thought it was pretty cool, kind of a simulated orchiectomy.
You need to let the babies come out, because keeping them in the inguinal canal can make them to be cancerous.

What I really need to do is get rid of them. But I did poke around my lower abdomen and worked them back out.

That was a pretty common experience for me in the last few months leading up to my orchiectomy, although I rarely explicitly tucked, just pulled up my undies when getting dressed. I'd assume that any risk of cancer would take years and with you planning an orchie in months, I wouldn't have any concerns.

Mine lived inside for over a decade without any problem. My surgeon manipulated my groin to get them out for my consult, and they have often dropped out since, but they always pop straight back in when I put my panties on. I really don't like it when they come out.....

17 weeks and 6 days to go....

Hugs,

Allie
