i have dysphoria around non talking sounds (breathing, sneezing, caughing e.t.c).

Yes! For me it is sneezing. I have a very loud and deep sneeze that is the least feminine sound possible.

I knew a woman who couldn't stand the sound of silverware against a dish. She'd get really upset. Nice lady, though. Very supportive of trans folk. She had a name for it that I can't remember.

Yes! I have major dysphoria about how I sneeze, cough, and clear my throat. Not even feminine at all. I try to be as quiet as possible so no one hears me. I hate it, and I don't know how to fix it.
